Your Recsite will come with the Availability module as standard, unless it has been un-published within your design template. If you cannot see it please contact your account manager.
When a candidate registers or applies for a Full Registration Required position, they will have an option within Job Preferences to state their Availability.
This will then be flagged within the Candidate Profile page and available within Candidate Search.
A key feature of Recsite is the ability for Candidates to login and update their online profile, CV / Resume and also Preferences. There is now a clear Availability module on the right hand side of the Candidate Zone area where they can update availability and also opt-out of job alerts etc.
If you wish to prompt your Talent Base to update their Availability status en masse then go to Candidates > Perform a Search and use the mass email / SMS feature to request they login to update availability.
