Vacancies Database (Edit jobs, manage vacancies)
When you login and click on Vacancies tab, you will see all your vacancies listed. This database lets you easily edit existing vacancies and monitor applications and marketing.
To filter your vacancies you have some useful tools to assist you. The tabs at the top of the list allow you to view your own vacancies, or view all of your company’s vacancies. By default you will see your own vacancies.
The vacancy search bar on the left lets you search for vacancies by keyword, location, reference, job sector, date posted and assigned consultant (administrators only).
Edit a Vacancy
Click on the title and you will be taken to the post a vacancy page where you are able to edit the details of the job, add screening questions and post to external sites.
You can choose to view vacancies in pages of 5, 10, 20 or 50. By default, the list is ordered by date posted, with most recently posted vacancy at the top of the list. You can sort the entire vacancy list by any column, such as number of applications to see jobs with most applications at the top.
No. App. Column
This shows how many applications the vacancy has received. You can click on the number to be taken straight through to the applications list for that job.
column. This column shows how many external sites the job has been posted to. You can click on the number of external posts to be taken straight to the Post to External Sites section of that vacancy.
There are currently four different statuses for vacancies within the system.
1. Un-Published Job. Vacancies can be selected as un-published.
2. Published Jobs. Vacancies currently live and active on the system.
3. Vacancies Filled. Those that have been successfully filled.
4. Expired Vacancies. Those that have been on published on the site for longer than the selected expiry value.
To delete jobs on the system you should select the jobs you want to delete in the vacancies database, then click on delete button at the end of the list.
