As you know, we exist to make your life easier! Therefore we've added a great new feature to save you loads of time: When you want to add a Candidate to your talent pool you can upload their CV and all the relevant data will be parsed into the candidates profile. This includes contact details, industry matches, employment history, qualifications and much much more.
To add a Candidate to your talent pool simply go to the top menu option Candidates and then choose Add Candidate from the drop down. At the top of the page you will see a CV upload box, choose the CV you wish to parse and upload it, once the parsing starts you will work through an upload wizard that pulls through the key data.
PLEASE NOTE: When you upload a cv the candidate will be emailed with their login details so they can check and complete their profile.
If you prefer to upload manually you can click the link (no. 2. below). Once added you can add further info the candidates profile by location them in the Candidates list and editing preferences.
