Add Additional Files to Candidate Profiles

It is possible for consultants to upload additional files to candidate profiles. For example, if you have a candidate on Recsite and want to attach proof of degree, you can open the Extra Files section of their profile and upload the file there. NOTE: Candidates will be able to see these files in their additional files section.
