Candidates

Applications are different to candidate registrations, which are speculative registrations that are not connected to a specific job. EVERY candidate will have to register to apply for a job, however not all registered candidates will apply for a job.

ALL candidates who have ever applied for a job or registered can be found in the Candidates Database.

Candidate Database
As soon as someone register on the website, they will appear within the Candidates section, which is the central place to process, search for and manage candidates on the website.

My Candidates
. The first, and default, tab in Candidates database. This displays a list of all the live candidates who are assigned to you. This helps you to focus on the candidates who have been assigned to you, or you have chosen to focus on.

Un-Assigned Candidates
The second tab lists all the live candidates on the site who are not yet assigned to any-one. It’s important to make sure that candidates are either Archived or Assigned.

All Live Candidates
The third tab shows you all live candidates (not-archived) whether they are assigned to you, another consultant, nobody or an administrator.

Candidate Search
You can search for candidates using the advanced search filter on the left hand side. You can search by keyword, location, job sector, sub-industry, ID, date updated and assigned to consultant. Your search will be filtered across all tabs for comparison. These fields match the Job Preferences that the candidates fill in when registering. Administrators can set these preferences in the admin menu for the site.
