Job Applications

Job applications are what it's all about. It's important to understand a key concept difference between Canddiates and Applications:

Candidates - Every job seeker who either applies or simply uploads their CV will be stored in the Candidates database. NOTE: Candidates do not HAVE to apply for a job to register, and once a candidate is registered they will be able to apply for multiple jobs.

Applications - This is a profile view where you are looking at the candidate in terms of their application to a job. You can tell this by the grey bar at the top of the profile which denotes that it is an application.
