How do I contact support if I need help?

There are several ways to get support when you are using your Recsite system:

• In the bottom right corner when logged is a green HELP box, click here to search our online guide where you can find answers to common questions. If there is no matching article you can send a message to our support desk. This will give us info on the page you are on and help us solve your problem as soon as we can.

• You can also email [e-mail] at any time with your question and a member of our helpdesk will get back to you with an answer.
