To better organise your recruitment process it is possible to create and edit application statuses within the system. These are the different stages of your hiring process and can be a useful way to organise your applicants. A visual overview of the Applicant Funnel is available on the site dashboard.
To edit these statuses go to the Admin menu (top right) and select Application Statuses. You can then Add / Edit / Delete these statuses to your choice.
Add - Enter the text value into the Add text area and select 'Add Application Status'.
Edit - Simply click on the text of an existing status and you will be prompted to edit the text
Delete - Click the red Delete Status to the right of the status to delete it.
NOTE: If enabled an auto-email (AS001) will be sent to the applicant to inform them aboyt the status change.
