When viewing a candidate's profile there are a number of actions possible within the page. In the top left you are able to initiate a conversation via SMS or email, forward candidate to a contact and Archive the candidate.
Moving to the right you can 'Add' an action such as phone call made. This will then appear in Recent Activity and will be viewable by your colleagues.
By clicking on the candidate's name you are able to update their password and username.
The Candidate Status bar (in Green below) is used when moving a candidate into Hired status. It also has automated selections based on the registration stage they are at.
Data such as mobile phone number can be updated by clicking on it.
You can click on the Assign to name (if no-one is assigned you click on NOBODY) and choose to which consultant the candidate should be assigned.
Click 'More Details' for additional info such as address and social media links.
The Resume / CV file is previewed under the tab 'CV File'.
Preferences - This shows the categories the candidate has selected in terms of location and skills etc. These can be edited by consultants.
Applications - This shows the applications the candidate has made on the website.
Extra Files - These show any supporting files the candidate has added, or been added by consultants within the company. NOTE - any files uploaded here will be visible by the candidate.
Employment - Shows any employment history added by the candidate in their resume/cv builder
Education - Shows any Education history added manually
References - Shows any reference info added in manually by the candidate
