There are three ways that you can be notified and then find applications:
1. Email Notifications
2. Applications Database
3. Vacancy Shortlist
1. Email Notifications
These will get sent to the Consultant / Administrator who posted the job (or was assigned to the job). Emails will contain an overview of the candidate and a link to access their profile within your Recsite admin area.
NOTE: Please ensure you check your junk mail folders and spam filters to ensure notifications@yourdomain.com is listed as safe.
When logged into your Recsite there are two locations to view applications.
2. Applications Database
There is a menu option Applications which is a central list of all applications for your jobs on the site. These can be filtered by date, star rating etc. The filter lets consultants view applications for their jobs as well as applications for all jobs on the system.
By default, the page will show all the applications for jobs posted by you – My Applications. By selecting the All Vacancies tab it is possible to see applications for all jobs within your company. These are ordered by the date they occurred on the site, you can re-order the applications list by any of the columns.
You can filter the applications by using the search bar on the left, including by candidate name, location, ID, date applied and who candidate is assigned to.
3. Vacancy Shortlist
Each vacancy has its own list of job applications – where you can effectively short-list the applicants to focus on the best ones.
You can view and manage the applications for each vacancy, and short-list the applicants effectively. You can access applications for each job by going to Vacancies database, and either clicking on the number in the No. Apps column, or clicking into the vacancy and following the link at the top left.
The list will only show the applications for the specific job you are looking at. When you click on the name of the applicant, you will see the candidate profile which includes online CV, uploaded CV, contact details and social media links.
